Automated Data Integration for Scholar Research
In this project, the goal is to integrate multiple applications to assist medical scholars in creating their projects and theses. The focus is on ensuring that the content remains up-to-date, considering that terms and statistics in the medical field often change over time. To achieve this, we propose the integration of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the Google API, along with Google Scholar. By utilizing the Google API, we can connect Google Docs and Google Sheets, enabling seamless data synchronization. The idea is to attach Google Scholar links to the relevant statistics and data in the documents. The system will be set up to run on a scheduler, executing daily checks to identify any updates in the data or statistics. If any changes are detected, the system will automatically update the corresponding information in both the Google Doc and Google Sheet. This approach ensures that the scholars have access to the most current data available, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of their projects. By implementing this solution, medical scholars can save significant time and effort in manually tracking and updating data. Instead, they can rely on the automated process to keep their documents synchronized with the latest information from reputable sources like Google Scholar.
